Acceptable Use Policy
Use the workspace to organise factual household observations and questions, not to obtain operational instructions or create misleading evidence.
Permitted use
Users may prepare household observation records, maintenance reminders, quote-preparation questions, appliance inventories, and photo checklists from safe, lawfully obtained information.
No operational repair instructions
Do not request or generate steps for operating on, dismantling, bypassing, testing, repairing, or modifying gas, electrical, structural, roof, or pressurised systems. Do not use the workspace to direct unqualified work.
No false authority
Outputs must not be presented as a safety certificate, inspection finding, engineer’s report, insurance evidence, building approval, professional diagnosis, completed-work record, or emergency assessment.
Professional confirmation
Users must contact an appropriately licensed local professional to confirm the actual issue, safe access, necessary work, legal requirements, and suitability of any quote or plan.
Emergency boundary
Do not use the service for active danger, suspected fire, gas release, electric shock, flooding, structural movement, or another urgent situation. Contact local emergency services and keep people away from danger.
Content restrictions
Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, harassing, infringing, exploitative, privacy-invasive, credential-bearing, or malicious content. Do not upload private documents or images of people without a lawful basis.
Enforcement
We may block requests, limit credits, suspend access, preserve relevant security records, or report activity where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law. Questions can be sent to support@spenceelectrical.shop.
