Content License
This licence explains how user input is processed and how generated household record drafts may be used.
Your input
Users retain rights they hold in lawful input. Users confirm they have the right to submit descriptions, photos, files, and other material and that processing it does not violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, contract, or law.
Licence to provide the service
Users grant SPENCE ELECTRICAL SERVICES LIMITED a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, and transform input only as needed to generate output, create requested exports, secure the service, and provide support.
Generated output
Subject to payment, these terms, and applicable law, users may use generated output for their own household records and lawful professional correspondence. Outputs may not be unique, and similar input can produce similar structures.
Required review
Users must verify facts, dates, descriptions, rights, confidentiality, and suitability before using or sharing output. Generated material does not establish cause, condition, compliance, safety, professional opinion, or required work.
Restricted content
Do not submit or request third-party characters, celebrity or private-person likenesses, logos, trademarks, protected designs, confidential plans, access credentials, or content intended to imitate or misrepresent another source.
Service materials
The workspace interface, design system, software, policies, and service materials remain owned by SPENCE ELECTRICAL SERVICES LIMITED or its licensors. No right is granted to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create a competing service from those materials except where law requires otherwise.
Removal and questions
We may restrict content reasonably believed to violate these terms or law. Rights concerns should identify the material, legal basis, and requested action and be sent to support@spenceelectrical.shop.
