Essential storage

Essential storage supports security, administrative sessions, request integrity, preferences, and records a user deliberately saves to the current browser. These functions are necessary to provide requested service features.

Local record shelf

The Records feature uses browser storage to keep selected generated records on the current device. This data is not automatically synced. Users can remove individual records on the Records page or clear site data in browser settings.

Analytics

We may use limited analytics to understand page performance, feature use, and errors. Where consent is required, non-essential analytics will not be activated until the user has made a choice.

Payment-provider storage

Stripe or PayPal may set cookies on their hosted checkout pages for security, fraud prevention, session continuity, and payment processing. Their own policies govern that storage.

Managing choices

Users can block or delete storage through browser controls. Blocking essential storage may prevent local records, secure sessions, or other requested features from working. Where a consent control is shown, choices can be updated through that control.

Retention and updates

Session storage expires when configured or when the session ends. Local records remain until removed. Analytics retention is limited to the configured reporting period. Questions can be sent to support@spenceelectrical.shop; material changes will update the date on this policy.
